EXCHANGES
Same piece, different fit.
YS.STUDIO offers exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Exchange requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Items may be exchanged for another size or another available item, subject to stock availability.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Change of mind.
YS.STUDIO does not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases beyond what is required under applicable Israeli consumer protection law.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights granted by applicable Israeli law.
Where a customer is legally entitled to cancel an online purchase, the cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.

Review
Our team reviews the request and replies within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Resolution
Once approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, exchange or refund where required by applicable law.
